As a good corporate citizen, Moolmans accepts the responsibility and commits to a balanced representation of historically disadvantaged South Africans (HDSAs) across all occupational levels. While we note the effort and progress made in this area, we continue to enhance diverse representation in line with our demographics as well as the economically active population (EAP) requirements. Also included in the plan is the empowerment of people with disabilities (PWDs), where we have implemented initiatives and programmes in this area.

Moolmans has formulated and implement policies and procedures that guide and institutionalise the management of equity and diversity within the organisation.

Our employees have been trained on the identification of unfair discriminatory practices as well as the typical manifestations thereof.

We have also established the Anonymous Tip-off hotline where employees can report such unacceptable practices.
